Don't gamble with your portfolio! Assessing the risk your investments are exposed to is a skillset many don’t have. We assume it requires complex math that only finance majors and professionals are familiar with. But it’s actually not that hard to accomplish.

The lasting impact of financial generational trauma isn’t discussed enough.

Home de-listings rose 52% in September! Why is this happening?

Buyers are not as active since they’re locked in at lower rates in their current home. Sellers also have unrealistic expectations to sell at peak prices when we are not longer at the peak of the market.

63% of adults say they don't discuss finances with their children‼️

This means most of us grow up with a student loan, credit card, car note with no clue what we're doing.

The cycle of generational financial trauma can be broken but we must be honest, be intentional, and teach our children.

Trump's 50 year mortgage proposal is not to help us afford homes. It's for corporations to make more money.

On average, a 50 year mortgage makes the payment a few hundred dollars cheaper but you pay about 86% more in interest over the life of the loan.

The financially illiterate will suffer.

If you make $75k per year, you pay $281 for SNAP benefits.

You pay $915 so corporations can avoid paying taxes.

"They guy who makes $1,000/hr convinced the guy who makes $50/hr that the guy who makes $20/hr is the problem."

Many people think there’s no need for SNAP benefits.

I would agree if our government protected the employee but they chose to protect the shareholder instead.

Housing costs went from 3.5x median income in 1985 to 5.8x today!

You pay more for corporate subsidies than they do for food stamps. 🤷🏽

Why is gold surging?

Debasement is the hot topic today and the evidence is pretty clear.

Investors are selling bonds and getting rid of cash and buying hard assets and crypto.

Why?

Fear of the Fed printing more money, reducing the buying power your cash.

When you look at this chart, where do you think we are?

In my opinion, it’s in the Euphoria or Peak stages.

However, I could be wrong and we could still be in the Boom stage.

You’ll never know for sure until the collapse is here.
