Focus was to stay loooong in the stroke, plus bilateral breathing to keep effort down. Think this will be a good drill for me. 😊

It's really amazing that Book of Mormon has survived so long.
Obscene, racist, homophobic, blasphemous, puerile - it somehow overcomes it all by being brilliantly satirical, very funny and weirdly moving.

it's boring to say Hitler was an evil f*ck so let's make a podcast to prove he's a great guy;
it's boring to consider that humans pollute the planet, so let's pretend we can carry on same as. Etc, etc.
