I mean, if they srsly couldn't just use their names cuz of copyright on names... I guess they could change Missandei's name to Andei?

I was so pissed off not being able to use Dismas cuz he was my best, most experienced Highwayman 💀

My DD1 save – Dismas survived all the way into week 193 and beat the Heart of Darkness.
Whereas Reynauld kicked the bucket at week 125, then got resurrected during week 146.

When Reynauld died, I sent Dismas into the Abbey for stress relief cuz he watched Reynauld die to a collected Highwayman.

I played the first game so slow (I took my time cuz vibes ✨️) that I ended up with over 1 billion gold LMFAO

There are rare cases of some orphans staying past the cutoff point. These are typically orphans that have disabilities/illnesses that will hinder their life in ways that they just couldn't survive on their own. Mother Tauriel lets them stay but lets them work within the TWOTMO with her supervision.

As payment for Mother Tauriel's care for Thistlepoint's troubled youths and orphans, they supply her with anything she needs. They also help get any orphans who are adults, jobs in either Thistlepoint or in Maplewind Town, which isn't far. Gnomes return to Thistlepoint, others are sent to Maplewind.

Ms Potts would bring her daughter Nettle on the journey to let her play with other kids her age and make friends. Ms Potts would be seen entering Mother Tauriel's private office to chat for hours with Mother Tauriel before taking her leave with Nettle and repeating the process a week later.

There is another trusted figure associated with the Orphanage - an older gnomish woman called Ms Potts. Every week she would be seen bringing a wagonfull of supplies; fruit, vegetables, a weeks worth of newspapers, clothes, bedding, cooking utensils etc.

Most orphans at the Orphanage just appear with no real memory of how they got there. All they feel is a strong but faint memory of being saved whilst at death's door. The next thing they remember is being introduced to the other members of the Orphanage by Mother Tauriel.

Some children have tried to fuck around and find out (mostly pranks/dares from other orphans with no real harm as their intentions, just pure curiosity) her identity but fail anytime they're close - they randomly wake up in their bedroom with no recollection of the encounter, not a scratch on them.

A new child/teen shows up with Mother Tauriel one day and the size of the orphanage somehow stretches without any real notice by the inhabitants. Think of when Howl transformed the castle with the help of Calcifer to better suit their needs and growing inhabitants. I think of it like that kinda.
