Thank you!! It's really simple but there's a deceptive amount of finesse involved, so I'm having a lot of fun. I have done a massive ramp up in size from these test bits to the proper Piece I'm doing now, and let me tell you: I am experiencing the full force of my hubris. Fun though!!

It's exactly the right difficulty for me level of skill with crochet, which is: low. I haven't done it at all since I was a kid, but this is extremely simple for how pretty it is when worked well! (my examples notwithstanding)
