IT'S FINISHED!! The pattern is from Stitchcraft.Naomi (this one! www.etsy.com/listing/1861...) I was a very slow test stitcher for this one (I'm so sorry...) which was weirdly cursed. I couldn't find black aida in stores, I couldn't find more than one skein of the main purple... but behold! cute!

Why have 1 hobby when u can have 900? Ages ago, a friend gave me their tatting shuttles. I recently decided to actually learn how to do it--these are my practice pieces! I'm following a playlist from Maimai Kaito on YT. It was really awkward at first, but I think I'm getting the hang of it #tatting

Also my xmas/bday gift from spouse came and I'm SO EXCITED to figure out where to use these!! Since I only have one skein of each (for now) I have to choose carefully... 🤔

also I've been totally neglecting my cross stitch in favor of a new brain gremlin: Infinity Nikki. (in my defense, this does mean I get to save my xstitch for meetings and stuff)

And what do you do when you finish a really long, labor intensive project? Immediately start a new one, obviously. I dyed some aida and I'm actually already halfway finished with this one
