nuclear throne is one of those games that has been an artistic inspiration for me for almost a decade now. i don't have recent fanart to show, but i've been drawing horror since 2016, i guess.

i also wonder if my feelings of "oh no i'm deceiving others into thinking i'm [this] but i'm actually [that]" are related to plurality. because a part of me might be cool, but it's not always driving the car. sometimes it's forced into the passenger's seat and held hostage as atrocities happen.

weird people fall in love with each other all the time

I thought the message was too human to let it be diluted + overshadowed by typical online whataboutisms and wanted to redo + reclaim it with more touches of the furry fandom, esp being a furry myself. It's love. For some, the love of your life is in the corner of a boring furcon panel room -- even if they don't have the same "interests," it's care that bridges the gap.
