Years ago, we started this nonprofit because there was so much red tape at our church around simply feeding and clothing needy people.
You don't need some antiquated system to do good in the world. Just see a need and if you can, fill that need, even if it's small.

Interestingly enough the things that we consider to be European staples like beans, potatoes, tomatoes are actually from the Americas. Like When you think of Italian food you think of tomato sauce well they didn't have any tomatoes before the 1500s

The GOP and their leader have done nothing but prove to us that facts and logic don’t matter to them, so it boggles my mind by any Democrat thinks it’s necessary to have their support before they can win an election. Fuck that man and his voters.
