Halo CE coming out AGAIN?! Sprint mechanics and ill-conceived redesigns... Microsoft and the newly christened "Halo Studios" should give up and make a new IP, or at least a new Halo storyline, anything but this! I am disappointed that this is where resources have been allocated for the franchise.

I do this all the time when I find myself just wanting to hate on something. Not much is ever gained by putting that negativity out into the world. Better to type it out and think "It would be better if no one read this" and move on. Time is precious, don't spend it spreading hate.

Went to twitter and now I feel bad. That shit's fucked up. Randomly encountered a witch hunt for somebody who did absolutely nothing wrong. It was the random guy who happened to be nearby when Emiru was assaulted at Twitchcon. Horrible situation, but twitter made it even more horrible.

Discussions on AI make me sad and mad because it's a complex topic; everyone is talking about different things when they say "AI" so we talk past each other, and the US gov refusing to regulate anything at all makes people conflate evil corporations with new technology, and I can't say I blame them.

Xbox is dead to me and I'm finally financially able to afford a gaming PC. I knew the day that I booted up Destiny (1) on the X-bone and was like "This shit is terrible" that it was the end of an era for me, so this has been a very, very long time coming. Arrives on Wednesday so I'm excited.
