My quads are a bit more jacked but I still look like what if a jelly donut had a personal trainer
For the girls out there worrying about looking too muscular or whatever, I've been doing a LOT of cycling, I can squat like 250+ lbs, and I can pull-up my own body weight and aside from my quads being kinda jacked when I flex them I look like a vaguely-toned jelly donut
Tw: dysphoria
A healthy, young, endogenously testosteroned person can, if everything goes right, gain about 2lbs of muscle per month, with the rate decreasing over time.
An endogenously estrogened person, about half that. If everything goes right.
Accidental hypertrophy is basically not a thing.

Me: Yeah I need to push really hard and I frequently get overtaken on climbs but at least I'm kinda competitive with other middle-aged female cyclists
Transphobes: transphobia says you're a man and misogyny says all men are superior to women and that's more important to me than empirical evidence

Anyway have I mentioned that my FTP, in spite of months of intense cycling, is just barely above the "beginner" level for my weight?

It's only like 14 Signal Hill climbs in a row without stopping how hard could it be?

I think my T levels have gone up just a *teeny* bit after bottom surgery and I went from having basically no BO to having a little bit on occasion?
