Well done - I tried making choux pastry once years ago and it turned out so badly I was put off for life (probably just as well as I adore profiteroles!).

Yikes! Mine's slightly better than that, Mum was just terrible at giving praise (great with criticism though...) so I just never got used to it. I hope you're getting over that treatment.
