Ahh, that's great! Man, all I got was tissues and toothpaste. And some post-it notes. And an anti-allergy spray of some kind. Ok, writing it out it's kind of a lot, but still! I want a keychain!

It KIND OF sounds like a baby trying to say クトゥルフ (Cthulhu)? But I admit that's a stretch. My only other guess would be abbreviated カドゥケウス (Caduceus) which is an even bigger stretch.
