Here's a pic of my lovely women's 60+ outrigger canoe racing team. We're the best in our division in Canada, which is, admittedly, a pretty small group. But it keeps us fit, and we have a huge competitive spirit.
Usually I'm paddling with them right now, but I'm home with a cold.

I'm ready for my 2-potluck weekend! And it's a blast from the 70s: the Pineapple Dream. I'm appalled at how much butter & cream cheese is in here, not to mention Cool Whip. But there's also graham crackers and pineapple. And the taste will take you back to polyester shirts and Donna Summer.
