“ICE out of Portland” protestors are preparing to go into City Hall. In the agenda tonight is an ordinance to ban algorithmic price fixing for rents and one to add a fee to help pay for impacts of detention centers.

Ask for MTHFR blood test. It will show any variant. If so, you can take tons of B12 & it just goes right thru without ever being absorbed or used right. Paradoxically, taking the wrong B12 for your system can also concentrate it in the blood too. Its a goldilocks thing. Have to get just right for u

I used to be so B12 deficient I was having to get IVs to make it show up in my bloodstream. I took supplements like candy, trying to get out of deficiency. 1 gene variant can reduce B12 absorption 30-50%. Both variants might mean up to a whopping 80% reduction. Taking the right formulation is key

SO important. Might also ask for MTHFR gene tests to see if there’s 1 or both variants. Its fairly common. These gene variants affect B vitamins absorption in the small intestine. Very important to get methylfolated B12 w MTHFR. I have 1 variant. Absolutely wild what difference it made to get right

Vitamin imbalances in gut health also always show up 1st in hair & skin. Very important stuff to note as a preventative & predictor of health. Vitamin C loss (scurvy) will change the shape of hair follicles before any symptoms show elsewhere. Imbalance is harder to see on blood tests than deficiency

Hair is always 1st thing to go in health crises. Since it’s non essential to life the body naturally re routes efforts to healing rather than spending energy on growing hair.

I was a hairdresser 40 years. Caught serious health issues on clients before they even had symptoms, due to hair changes
