Further information on why this could potentially be a whistleblowing feature for NSFW businesses, the comments on this post have been slowly whittling down the people who are affected/able to see/turn off this feature as "Only Business accounts in the United States".

If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

It's kinda enough that this year I've already been shadowbanned on twitter and my patreon got shut down, making me lose all my regular income, to which I haven't recovered from.
