We must act now to shift the country away from the elites of both parties who are oppressing and extracting from Americans. The solutions aren't the status quo or the rhetoric of violence. Instead, we must shift wealth towards the people and build a wellbeing economy. More violence if we don't.

The core economy isn't working. It's clear that shareholder capitalism has failed and we need to usher in a new global model. There are clear options with a Wellbeing economy or doughnut economics.

Unrealized cap gains is hardly a shakedown. Wealthy people have teams who spend time valueing their assets for insurance so they know what the value is there. We need to tax assets like we do labor - or we only grow the wealth inequality that is already out of control
