They did not get an 'excellent' pay deal. And if 'it has to be shared out', what about the 'business leaders', water companies, banks and many others basking in record bonuses?
Let's share that out, not squeeze the people the country needs.

Not what I'm hearing.

The man's a fool.
anyone who really cares for the NHS would support the doctors - not to mention the rest of the overworked, underpaid NHS staff.

Whoa, whoa - women are entitled to orgasms on national TV, and if she gets off on Zack, it's one more vote!
Simples!

May I recommend the easyHotel at Paddington? It has a cellar room with no windows, and so is a much better bet than all these high rise at-risk places you've probably been staying at. Service is non-existent, no-one would care if you stayed in the room for six months while they round up the zombies.

No fun if we can't contribute 😭

We all need subeditors in our lives.

Well spotted. A highly informative response to the character limit!

That's the most amazing passive aggressive fantasy I've read in the last half hour.
Eye rolling and counting to ten are definitely a better solution, and indeed will change his behaviour within thirty years.

Fair comment, I was actually suggesting the NHS used to give whatever was available and needed, free at the point of need. Now they have arbitrary limits to so many things, and you pay if you don't fit their criteria.
A Flu jab goes for £15-£20 (£25 at Boots), while you can pay £100 for a Covid jab.

An advert for sites I never heard of.

No. They don't.
December 15, 2025 at 12:13 AM
That used to be what the NHS was for.
December 15, 2025 at 12:10 AM
Well yes, but I was thinking of Etsy.
December 15, 2025 at 12:08 AM
Well of course.
Everyone knows that while anti-Semitism existed (and exists) in the Labour Party, it wasn't half the scandal it was made out to be.
And claiming Corbyn is anti-Semitic and Farage isn't, is simply laughable.
Such commentators would never be concerned about anti-Islam sentiments ever.

Pretty feeble distraction by Farage. If he off his game, or am I overly optimistic?

If only there was somewhere online where you could sell tasteless tat for more than you paid for it.

So long as she's not playing them...
December 14, 2025 at 6:43 PM
Shorly shome mishtake?
December 14, 2025 at 5:10 PM
Could be.
There's plenty of skilled workers promoted to the heady heights of supervisor who would still be called plumber, electrician etc., but no longer actually plumb or electrocute themselves.
Many people no longer 'practice' the job they're employed in. 'on the tools' recognises that reality.

If you weren't such a wanker, you could have left home three minutes earlier.
December 14, 2025 at 3:30 PM
As opposed to "sitting on his arse" giving orders all day.
December 14, 2025 at 3:26 PM
Bit unfair. At least a third of Tesla drivers bought them before we knew that Musk was a cunt. And probably another sixth has one through company policy. So half of them don't really deserve your schoolboy antics.

But it's a *podcast*, so normal rules are suspended.
