Yeah, I have the parade on in the background and Sean Evans said that in the early years of the event, they let the floats up into the air. AND THEY SHOWED VIDEO FOOTAGE OF IT! The footage has wrecked me, haha

I misread Pokagon as "Pokémon" because I am a super millennial, but also thank you for sharing this because I am now in a Pokagon Wikipedia rabbit hole and learning a bit while I wait for KPOP Demon Hunters to show up for the parade.
