Europe should offer a Trump a straightforward trade: He gets the Nobel Peace Prize if Europe gets the peace agreement they need.
Russia will, of course, reject it.
Which is why the US Senate needs to pass its Russia sanctions bill. Facing economic collapse, Russia will have to make a deal.

How do we get European negotiators to tell Rubio they’ll nominate Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize if he publicly endorses a peace plan acceptable to Ukraine?
It would strengthen Rubio’s hand against Vance & the appeasers.
And it offers Trump what he covets.

Vance will not wear well.

This would give Rubio a card he can play against Witkoff, Vance, & all the other appeasers who are dripping acid against Zelenskyy in Trump’s ear.
None of them can offer this.
