Well, today is the deadline for Dulce Consuelo Diaz Morales' lawyer to file an amended writ of habeas corpus. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she fails to meet the deadline.

None of the standard operating procedures of an emergency habeas motion seem to have been followed by Ms Slatton No emergency motion, no expedited hearing, etc Her attorney even filed a MOTION for Extension of Time!
