I don't know that I agree with you. It could have been made by an actual person,there's no doubt it is fake. There just isn't definitive proof that it was AI and not artist drawn

The lack of third spaces is a major problem in the US and probably a good policy to push towards male voters. There's very little to do out there that is affordable, or free, or at least there's a perception that, that is true. The liberalizing benefits are just a plus.

Well to put it in perspective: The record is 41 held by Trump (1st term). In second place we have Trump (2nd term) tied with Biden (August 2024 was the last one filed by his administration). From 2001-2017 there were 8 emergency applications, Total.

As far as I can tell the rationale for blocking the Oregon deployment doesn't depend on the national guard being from Oregon, the first factor showing irreparable harm (10th amendment violation and sovereignty violation) won't change, so this should just be a quick amended TRO, right?
