I've also decided to state a less-than-24-hour-cancellation fee next time we arrange a meeting; I want to stream on the weekends, and with how much time we dedicate preparing for even a small lunch meeting, it's eating into other things I do professionally.

Oh, I fully expect next year to be better. Considering how I'm basically painless right now, I'll be able to do much more. I just need something to go right in my life so we can pay the bills instead of having to ask friends and family.

My deep underground tavern is a place of depravity, sin, and 25% vomit. I have a feeling the tavern keeper is forcing visitors to drink.

Hmm... since my husband is traveling (friends insisted and are paying his costs) next week, I'll really buckle down on streams and game dev stuff. Heck, I'll get a demo done to share for Twitch subs and Patreon peeps. That's my goal.

In my current offline fort, I'm making a squad for all my blind vomiting veterans. That way, they never have to do military stuff again.

The non-blind vomiting soldiers still get to soldier, though :P

I'm actually a bit unsure how I'll make AGDQ now, but I should be able to figure something out in the next few days. Not gonna worry about it too much today.

I think I found the cause. Someone left this freakin' shield in the middle of the tavern, and it's covered in forgotten beast extract. They're likely getting super sick because of this.

Time to haul it and let the hauler die, I guess

Considering I'm having multiple forgotten beasts attack each season, they might bring about my downfall. The fort Mangyseduced is on its 12th year, though!

Yep! Failure is half the fun, so be willing to have your fort get completely destroyed, especially the first few times.

I love the game, but be aware that the learning curve can be rough. Steam version has better tutorials, though!
