Friendly reminder that this book is likely in your public library’s catalog (if money is tight, otherwise: Buy It❣️)

Public libraries buy many copies of the physical books they share with you (as after a certain number of borrows they’re too worn) & license the audiobooks/ebooks you borrow digitally

Love to see our leadership as fed up as we are.

Thanks, Chair.
You lying piece of shit. I chaired the Minnesota DFL for all three of your runs here. I watched you lose. Three times. Minnesota never bought your con. And now, as Chair of the DNC, I’m looking forward to ending Trumpism for good in 2028 — not with lies, but with votes. Again.
Trump: "I feel I won Minnesota. I think I won it all three times. Nobody has won it since Richard Nixon won it many many years ago. I won it all three times in my opinion. It's a corrupt state ... I did so well in that state. The people were crying every time after."

It's a great time to call your electeds and tell them we support this, we demand this.
I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem, who is an incompetent leader and a disgrace to our democracy.

She wreaked havoc in the Chicagoland area and has brought her reign of terror to Minneapolis. One of her rogue ICE agents shot and killed an innocent woman today. It must come to an end.

AOC: What we saw today was a criminal murder a woman while she was trying to flee for her life. What we saw today was a manifestation of every American’s worst nightmare: their government turning into a tyranny.

"We are a tightly-knit community and Senator Winter's bright light will be sorely missed," said Broomfield Dems Chair, Sasha Davis. "Our shared values and commitment to our neighbors means that we show up, and we get the work done. That dedication is reflected in the leadership we choose." (1/2)

Just FYI if you're gonna come hang out with us tonight for our monthly meeting-winter party...

I am 100% wearing my penguin flannel pants. Because it is windy and cold and tonight is about comfort and community.

You can wear flannel pants too, if you want. - Sasha, Chair.

In a world where it can often be difficult to find reasons for hope and optimism, Senator Faith Winter was always there to challenge us to do unimaginable things in the service of the people who need the most help.

We’ll miss her deeply. Hug your loved ones a little tighter.

Everyone who even lightly affiliates with the GOP could, say, go look in a mirror and ask themselves whether they should keep debating the level of Nazi loving that is acceptable.

Instead, the far-right’s favorite fellas keep recording podcasts.

After delaying for more than a month to protect Trump, Mike Johnson has finally sworn in Rep. Grijalva.

This makes Rep. Grijalva the 218th and final signature required to force a House vote on releasing the Epstein files.

We’re closer than we’ve ever been to answers about Trump’s Epstein cover-up.

I just burst into tears, y'all. I am a bonafide desert rat, born and raised in Tucson and I didn't realize how much this has been sitting in the back of my mind.

She brought two Epstein survivors with her on this day that should not have been so remarkable. Hell yeah. ~ Sasha Davis, BCD Chair

For anyone conflicted about whether or not to take the W - just take the W.
Finished another comic book script. Yes, I am a hero among heroes, and so is anyone getting anything done here in the year 2025. Also you're a hero for just keeping going, much less getting anything done. High fives all around. #TakingTheW

My feeling is this: It's OUR party, the oligarchs can go kick rocks
Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.
November 10, 2025 at 5:27 PM
I will likely do an AMA series on C&A over the coming months as well.

My dual roles as county chair and State Credentials chair means I am deeply involved in the C&A planning and execution process.

I make the ballots.

I want CO Dems to show UP for C&A this year, the best we can manage.
We (BCD & CDP) will be holding a ton of education opportunities on what/how/when/why C&A works starting in the new year.

We will absolutely post the Broomfield classes here and on our website.
This is because most Coloradans don’t realize that caucusing is part of the process.
November 10, 2025 at 5:36 PM
This will be my final ranty post about this for today: I -party leader & C&A leader- agree completely with Courtney.

C&A is terribly exclusionary, but it is the system we have right now and we cannot dismantle it by next November. We must strive to make it work (for now) the best it can.

Show up.
Just to let people know: yes, I think the caucus is antidemocratic and favor the non-working classes

no we are not going to change that by refusing to participate in them

AND FURTHERMORE - (Hi, this is your county chair, Sasha) I have my calendar cleared from March 1-April 11 which is when the C&A cycle runs, and I would truly love to be absolutely wrecked at the end because we had to process so much data because SO MANY DEMS SHOWED UP STATEWIDE.

Please show up.
As an example: the last time I caucused for a candidate, there were three people there for my district. We were electing five representatives. Me showing up, by myself, got two reps for the candidate I was caucusing for.
