I feel this so hard. I always end up listening to the same artists because “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” but there’s so much music to discover!!! I’m just soooo picky.

Like my fears aren’t unfounded because things are expensive these days but I wish my friends could just have me over or we could hang out at a park or something. Just literally anything that doesn’t require money

(Btw I am queer and disabled/chronically ill so like. I get it. I’m very privileged that I can function and have a regular job despite my condition and I don’t take that for granted at all)

I think it’s tricky because a lot of us are queer and disabled and a lot of regular jobs aren’t accessible so being able to work from home making art is really tempting. But you still have to treat it like a business at the end of the day

Yeah and like while I never played the original so I have no frame of reference, I think it’s unfair to expect a sequel that came out twenty years later to be remotely the same. But iirc people said the same about Baldur’s Gate 3 as well, so I’m not surprised

I was hesitant because it’s development cycle was so chaotic and I don’t think ttrpg’s translate the best into single player games (I had this problem with bg3 when I played it) so I’m just pleasantly surprised I guess

I don’t believe in blanket bans for any drugs because total bans leads to more systemic problems but my god does there need to be better regulation so people can SAFELY use these substances.
