I find OCD really isolating at times because I’m like fully aware that my fears are irrational and nobody really understands that me cancelling isn’t me not wanting to hang out. Sometimes I just get so worked up that I know if I don’t cancel I’ll get too freaked out

Budgeting has become a borderline OCD obsession to me to the point where I can’t even go out anymore without getting terrified of spending money. I can’t go to bars, cafes, etc without getting ridiculous anxiety these days and idk how to navigate that
