Day 18: Mardi Gras. Spent the day with good people and good food. Good times.

Day 17: Celebrated 10 years married to this amazing woman. My life is better with her in it and I’m a better man because of her. Excited for many more years of adventures.

While it is a remake, they put a different spin on it. I liked it quite a bit.

Listened to some Marshall Tucker and John Denver, toasted some marshmallows, hung out with my wife and animals. Life is good.

Yeah. Came out Friday.

Day 16: Laser Pink Floyd’s The Wall at the Plane…arium. It’s becoming a tradition to take in a laser show every year and I like it more each year.

It more than made up for the extremely lacking Thanksgiving episode that season.

I truly believe that The Plight Before Christmas is not only one of the most touching episodes of the series, but one of the best Christmas specials of any tv series.

Thanks. I’m just frustrated and venting. I have so many interviews these last few months and been moved to the final round of more than half of these. This is the third time I’ve been told that it can down to me and another candidate out of hundreds of applicants. I’m just so tired of it all. Too

So fucking sick and tired of “we felt you’d max out of the role too fast” or “you’re overqualified” or “why would you want to do this job, given your experience? Why not a leadership role?”

I’m especially sick of “Everybody loved you. We really want to see you at this company.” Okay. Hire me, then.
