My cooking style these days consists of “is it soup?” or “can I roast it over an open fire?” and today was kind of both: fire roasted chili dogs. Probably the best chili dog I’ve ever had. Followed by toasted marshmallows and a Tagalong cookie sammich.

Day 17: Celebrated 10 years married to this amazing woman. My life is better with her in it and I’m a better man because of her. Excited for many more years of adventures.

IT: Welcome to Derry was occasionally hit and miss at the start, but finished very strong in the home stretch, particularly once Bill Skarsgård’s Pennywise joins the fray. I’m excited for Chapter Two.
