Yes. And of course, most foreign workers actually work in skilled jobs. But whether it's programmers from Albania, doctors from Nigeria, chefs from Bangladesh, nurses from Indonesia or whatever, they all suffer from the same racism and xenophobia that's been poisoning the UK for years.

As a freelancer who's already lost a lot of traditional bread-and-butter contracts to AI, I can say with certainty that it isn't about AI doing a better job. It's about the clients or employers making the choice that a worse job is acceptable if it saves them money.

True. Though every party in parliament apart from the SNP supported the referendum. Especially on the exzreme wings. On the far-right, there was the ERG, while Corbyn and his Labour-Leavers on the far-left had wanted a Brexit ref in 2011.
