You don't have to "craft" anything, you let trans people use the bathroom they want and you ban creep behavior. That's already the policy in most public bathrooms in the US and has been for decades. Cis men pretending to be trans so they can assault women in bathrooms is vanishingly rare.
Here’s a nice chill question for the room: How do you craft a tolerant policy for community spaces that allows allows trans people to use them according to their gender identity, but keeps out sex offenders who are faking their “identity” to creep on women? wjla.com/amp/news/loc...

Would be unfortunate if this new "report your school's DEI" website by US Department of Education was flooded with with complaints about how censoring DEI hurts students/has a negative effect on learning (might want to avoid using real info, because you know, authoritarianism). enddei.ed.gov
