So ein Dude.
Austrian-based hobby game developer.
I have been working on my passion project for over a year now.
I spend most of the time programming, so expect a lot of Unity/C# content.
//TODO: find an epic quote to keep us all motivated
Does anyone know of any games that use boids or flocking algorithms for enemy combat and/or bosses?
I have some ideas.👀

With the way my students just use DeepL and don't actually learn how to make sentences nor ask for help (neither are they encouraged to) I can just not go to class and literally have no impact whatsoever.

Does anyone know the old game Pipemania?
I made my own clone couple of months back with streets.
Red street tiles are generated from the algorithm where green one can be placed from the player.
The nature tiles are just obstacles.

For everyone thinking about using Unity's version control:
Just don't.

I love procedural generation. I don't know why. It's just magic✨ and math, a lot of math.
I use it a lot in my game for terrain generation and structures. It's so fascinating to see some functions coming to life, creating unique and beautiful shapes.
