My new favorite takeout place has quality Chinese and Japanese dishes. Person at the cash register had a bowl of soup that looks fantastic but it’s not on the menu, I’m jealous of the staff meals.

Busy morning. No water damage except old skylight frame and that’s getting replaced. I doubt Sears and Roebuck planned for these little houses to last a century but here we are.

Twenty years of Xbox 360. While my friends were studying or working hard I visited the store to play demos of Lost Planet and Call of Duty 2. Still play this game once a week, Panzer General is lost media now, the lobbies are empty and I’m left to duel with the computer. For $2.50, can’t beat it.

Decided to tweak my stuffing recipe and make a test batch, can’t get too flavorful for the family gathering. Loving my new air fryer/toaster oven but the temps are different for everything, don’t want to risk overcooking on the big day. I now have a whole pan of stuffing.
