Bodies wtf, seriously. I've dealt with plantar fascitis for _years_ in my right heel, did all the stretching, had a ton of bodywork done from the shoulder on down with no improvement, and now five minutes of rubbing and stretching the front of the ankle a night has completely cleared it up. WTAF
