10 minute shrimp fried rice! 147kcal/12.5g protein per 100g

Leave a cooked bag of frozen rice/veg in the fridge overnight & defrost salad shrimp

Combine 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar and pour over the rice and shrimp while reheating in a frying pan

One of my favorite recipes, spicy bison burritos! I like 90/10 bison because it tastes similar to 80/20 beef but has a better nutrition profile. Filling comes out to 162 cal/18g protein per 100g. As a burrito with salsa, light sour cream and reduced fat cheese: 410 cal, 39g protein
