But trusting corporations like Meta, with proven mismanaging of millions of user's personal data, is a bit careless.

The only way we can 100% surely prevent these corporations to mismanage our data, is NOT using their services.

... well, that doesn't really mean anything.

These things giving us, the users only the feeling of controll.

But in reality, we don't see what's going "behind the scenes".

So we can only assume that handle would work, and trust the coproration behind the software.

Even in the same "branch" of carft we don't do everything the same.

Some things simply doesn't mean anyrhing to others, but for us is a vital part of our craft.

And some things you don't share because others need to explore those for themselves.

And before you try to give me some suggestions:

I've tried that, that, that, that, oh that too and those, and probably some version of that over there too.

I had almost 30 years to try out many many things.

So no, no "healthy" food for me.

A few information:

I've diverged at the middle section (i.e. I've fucked up 😅) compared fo the original pattern, that's why the "leaves" lying on top of each other.

I'm using 100% cotton yarn, that is very similar to Schachenmayr Catania, but a little thinner.

In my opinion sometimes exactly this sentence is "Look, this is just water, it's still water" what can be a 'road-opening' thing, and can put many other things in the proper place.

Sometimes these guidences are the missing factors.

What is evident for us, not necesarily evident for the beginners.

So in the case of beginners I can be somewhat forgiving if they are confused.

They mostly see recipes but not systems, methods not context.

In the case of "trained witches", well... 🤷‍♂️

In our capitalistic world, there is the pressure to be instantly-profitable and all-knowing, but people don't want (can?) to spend time and energy to really immerse, learn and experience.

And the grifters who promise but don't deliver doesn't help either.

I think, in the case of people who just began the craft, the amount of - good or not-so-good - informations avaible online can be overwhelming.

And filtering through may seem an impossible task.

So we’re going to need $550 or better to get us through the weekend’s accommodations. Please donate if you can or share with those who can. Every little bit helps us survive. Thank you.

So I wrap up my review by saying that this was underwhelming.

0/10 recommending.

And in the whole scene nothing shows that he even tries. Like he doesn't want to be here or somthing.

He doesn't even have one single motivational poster.

"LIfe is an adventure, you need to participate to really live it."

No, just unending pain and suffering.

I call it: lame.

I think he likes to wallowing in self-pity.

"Look here, look, I'm in pain, pity me please." - disgusting.

And when someone suggest him something holistic like yoga or green-juice enema he simply refuses to even try it.

Fuck, he is just beyond recovery.

And what about the medical aspect?

Chronicly ill, good joke. Then why is he taking so much meds if they doesn't work?

"The doctors can't help either."

I call it BUUUUULLSHIIIIT.

The doctor CAN help, he just doesn't try hard enough.

Ok, there are maybe some clues here and there like, he doesn't have any social life, the multiple pillboxes, his pale face, that he regularly needs to lie down, barely eating, etc.

But does this count as any evidence? How will anyone know that he is "really sick"?

Just talking and talking.
