No one needs to know about your anger if you live in a non-supporting environment.
BUT

Stay angry. Keep your anger deep down boiling. Do not let the flame tone down.

Because there will be a time when opportunity arises.

And then you can use that boiling anger to change things for the better.

- being honest with yourself about the current political, economical, ect. situation
- staying angry

Do not pacify or gaslight yourself to thinking "this is not do bad after all, it could be worse".

Do not fool yourself.
Never.

They don't have tools, protection, safety net, etc.

If you ever meet me in real life and we start to talk about politics in public area, you have ca. 5 minutes before I begin loudly shouting something like:
"Those fucking fascist, racist pile of shitface fuckers...." etc. for at least half an hour.

Ok, I get it, I'm not in the target audience.

You know it's somewhat funny, when someone says: "This is my business, and it's against my religion to serve out gay people, and I have all right to do so."

But here is my partber who works in healthcare, and he never once asked any patient who they voted for in the last election. 🤔

But we became aware of it, so that way we give ourselves a higher chance to recognize and repel manipulative tactics agains us.

Sometimes that simply means moving away from certain people and situations. That way we can protect ourselves.

In my opinion everyone has it's 'weak spots' where one can be manipulated.

Denying this makes us even more susceptible to manipulation.

Of course when we face our vulnerability that doesn't make us automatically invulnerable.

About adulthood:
(In my opinion)

getting old enough to be called and adult ≠ growing up ≠ being inert and contempt all the "childish hobbies, thoughts and things"

But I think lot of times we tend to mix up these things.
