I had a neighbor who lived with his 90+ year old mother. At least twice, I have seen an ambulance, fire truck, etc., at the property. Both times, it ended up being the much younger tenants in the other unit who ended up needing medical care.

Scary that this happened in San Antonio which had (?) Ernie & Joe, the "Crisis Cops" in the documentary. They focused on helping get people into mental health treatment and teaching the other SA cops how to do it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=We30...
