Interests palaeontology, art especially science and paleoart, science, medicine, history, sewing and beading. Most knowledgeable and least likely to engage in arguments about nutrition - what can I say, the pseudoscientific claptrap wears you down.
Not a single scrap of self insight among the lot of them.

The problem is that journalists are the only profession where you can turn in work of the quality AI produces and not get laughed out of the room.

I think Vick‘s first, defence is helping. After being in a room with someone sniffling I spray a few squirts up me snoz - god it hurts but ain’t nothing surviving that shit. 😂😬. Could be placebo, probably vaccination and not being stuck in an office with people with kids, but sticking with it.

It’s amusing seeing journalists who were so happy to have something do their work for them slowly realising that maybe they would like other people to continue to do the work they rely on to be accurate.

This is just a little bit “when is international men‘s day?” There were only 5 episodes.

This is because it’s not for anthropologists - people interested in paleontology aren’t interested in humans. There’s plenty of documentaries about human history, but the whole lot is only a couple of hundred thousand years out of 3.5 billion years of history.

Poor biology education in techbros and journalists. See also deextinction, living forever, alternative medicine, terraforming mars, eugenics.

Where’s the Syrniki?
November 27, 2025 at 5:18 PM
Oh I was so hoping they’d trace it to an AI they’d bought to replace real staff.

Every social media platform needs to introduce this feature. We need to see where people trying to influence public opinion in our politics and public health come from.

Yup good, good. 😊

Near to sod all as usual. Unlike the massive real terms pay cut we’ve had to take so rich people don’t pay a little more tax.
November 26, 2025 at 9:12 PM
I am never going to unsee that.
November 26, 2025 at 1:41 PM
We all did this as students and when we first graduated in the 80s, but the difference was that we all managed to buy little flats or terraced houses of our own by the time we were 25.

It’s spectacularly beautiful ♥️. I just wish they wouldn’t spend quite so much time on prey-predator dynamics.

Wankers.

I didn’t know that. Needs closing.

PantyBunchShambles considering how bond markets and journalists are reacting. FFS guys it’s not like your working in a pandemic and someone has just told you you don’t get any working masks.
November 26, 2025 at 12:40 PM
Jesus, journalists and the gilt markets need to unbunch their panties. It’s a bit pathetic.
November 26, 2025 at 12:38 PM
Did I say they hadn’t? And that 20% is disingenuous because it wasn’t in one year - everyone else should have had the cojones to strike like they did.

Just sick of whining about tiny tax rises by people that sat safely indoors during the pandemic, which they expect those who didn’t to pay for.

Just discovered the other half already has a subscription. Yay 🙌

I do have a lot of sympathy for farmers, it’s a tough lifestyle. But fuck I couldn’t afford the brands they are wearing.
