We might want to consider that a scary percentage of healthcare staff are over 50, many over 60 now. They are your experienced staff. If this is a clusterfuck you’re going to lose a lot of them as they throw up their hands and go “I’m too old for this shit.”

The responsibility is with the company that developed it but also the hospital that considered it safe to use, but ultimately health professionals are responsible in their code of conduct for their actions including the tools that they use. Thankfully I’m heading for retirement now so can choose.

It’s a bloody computer algorithm - the legal rights and responsibilities are with the company that developed it and the hospital and unfortunately health professional that uses it.

I’d kinda rather adults took measures to prevent child abuse before it happened. Having been on the receiving end of grooming, it’s not something you can expect a child to identify and prevent. Luckily some responsible adults stepped in and I only became aware of what he was doing later in life.

We’ve got the Green and Lib Dem councillors her, but it’s a particular type of area. There are many where swapping votes from Labour to Green will just let Reform in as they have in the county overall.
