Bikes and stuff.
Time for the Tour. Added feature, I have no time in July to keep up with political news.

...there is that one downhill that has a sign that posts the speed you're going. It's always my goal to see how high I can get it to go.

Joe Cocker finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Joe has been on that list of ”I can't believe they're not in the Hall of Fame" for a very long time.

Now do Little Feat.

...also for the most part the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is bs.

The slo-mo shot of MvdP's calves while riding across cobbles is most intimidating.

Now that's how you do a bike change!

Seems Pogs did not pass the equivalent of the Turing Test for cycling. Drove off the course and then got a flat. Here's human after all. #parisroubaix2025

I have no doubt Pogiçar will get back but matches will be burned. Shame he went off course, but that was totally his fault.

Happy Paris-Roubaix day!

I have no doubt that Wout is singularly focused on redemption. #RVV

No matter how many times I watch this race I'm in awe of how fast these guys are able to go up these cobbled climbs.

Had a great 80 mile ride today. It was 80°F. It's still March. Everything's fine.

Happy Monday. Andrew Cuomo’s campaign filings reveal his donors gave over $150,000 to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the Trump Super PAC.

I’m running for Mayor to defeat Cuomo. Repost to help me stop him.

First ride outside in quite awhile. I believe there's a noticable difference between tired legs from indoor riding and tired legs from outdoor riding. Outdoors feels more satisfying.

I have zero interest in bike races from sports washing countries.

I didn't know her work until Broken English was released, but what a great album.

A fresh-voiced singer and Mick Jagger’s muse in the 1960s, she went on to experience more than her share of hard times before emerging triumphant.

I was not prepared for the style of filming of The Nickel Boys, but once I got used to it, it was very powerful.

The bike riding is done for the year. Lowest annual mileage in a good long while. I'll work on that.

Ok someone (@islandrecords) needs to drop everything and work on releasing the Robert Palmer back catalog on vinyl. Seriously!

I do need to get better at checking the length of movies. Watching the Brutalist, I was quite surprised when the intermission screen came on. Powerful film, but oh man that was long.

Seeing my third movie of the week. This has to be one of the best things to do over Christmas week. There's a load of good films and everyone else is out at the stores. This is how I enjoyed a private screening of the new Wallace and Gromit movie.
