It is a sad state of affairs when Rubio is the best of the bunch! Trump does not have the brain power to find good people EVEN IF they were standing in front of him.

Is this a professional actress, or just a talented amateur? Either way a good find, thank you.

It seems like a slippery slope to be cataloging criminality as left or right wing before deciding on action towards dealing with it.
Credit where it is due though, his achievements are incredible for one so lacking in ability.

Perfectly true, it makes sense to be rather skeptical, but people emerging from a cult generally require some support partly just to prevent them from becoming worse people than they were before.
In her case I would pity her therapist.

Oh gosh it gives me the shivers to think of this.
There are lots of accents in England and many more in the UK. Friends would sound very different when talking with their relatives they did this in utter comfort. I made erroneous assumptions based on this experience.

You two saved me from replying to the post, so I am just texting to say well done!

Nobody would ever guess that the professionals with experience would be correct and the amateurs with catchy slogans could possibly be wrong (or even talking out of their fundamental orifices)?

Gosh the memories of my final school year, friends and places never saw again and never shall. Music really takes you places quickly and unexpectedly. Thank you.

His rush, opportunistic election promise was that he would be the one to handle Trump, so of course he has to try out the old corruption ideas, just to appreciate the magnitude of the problem...it makes perfect sense but I do wish he could start to show us the magic ... the moment is slipping by

I watch #1 and was not inspired to watch the subsequent ones as they emerged. Now I am pleased to see that I made the correct choice

Perhaps he is well into his second childhood and merely repeating what his Dad used to say to him.
While the rest of humanity wonders how such a crass halfwit got into power America has to wonder how to get him out of it.

My apologies to any arse hikes (!) I might have offended, I was obviously trying to say arse wipes.
November 24, 2025 at 9:59 PM
That would be nice. I would certainly put you up until you found a place!

Although it would be nice for me to imagine she might gain satisfaction at seeing all those arse hikes pass away, I can see such peaceful beauty that I doubt if she felt that way.
Thanks for posting this.

He is the kind of fellow who makes me want to believe in God, because I would hope that Vengeance is Mine were not an empty promise.

I suspect that a crushing victory might have ensued if there had been an actual trial, but this will do for now.

It makes sense, if they exist then reporters should interview a few of them.

So the ones in charge were not always as nasty as we choose to see them, some were incompetent for sure, but the ambition of those under them were often the cause of grief. Richard Rich, John Hurt played brilliantly.
Have you read the Shardlake books?

I agree with your point, but I think that there was in the UK at the time the idea of noblesse oblige (it could be argued that the Norman invasion of the uk did some good).
The French Kings of the time would invite the poor to their palace to discuss problems directly with their kings.

It is my all time favourite.

I am not at all surprised to find that you enjoyed that film!!

I know that Thomas Moore had people executed for things we would consider trivial today, but the 1500s were a time when the morality of such things was barely considered. In the context of his time he was a principled person.

It might be the genesis of a space program for turkeys.
