It's still possible for a Landlord to evict tenants with 4 months' notice in order to sell the property (via S8) which is what I experienced via S21.

The difference is there's a no reletting period with S8 to prevent abuse.

However, Lib Dem/Con Lords amended this from 12 months to 6 🤬.

I have finally been awarded PIP on my 2nd full application and 4th time submitting a form. Didn't even need a mandatory reconsideration.

First two times my circumstances were too challenging and I wasn't able to complete the process.

Never thought I would get there.
