We are now repeating the crime we committed against the Japanese-Americans 80 years ago. It was a moral crime then and is now. And obviously Donald is planning to incarcerate as many brown people as he can.
If ICE gets even one of these facilities fully up and running, it’ll immediately be the second-largest jail in the country behind only Rikers Island.
The proposed centers are so large that some could house as many as 8,000 detainees at once, according to a DHS spreadsheet of more than 20 potential locations that was verified by NBC News. The largest federal prison in the U.S., for example, has roughly 4,000 inmates.

U.K. might lose a prime minister because a guy who worked for him knew another guy who hung out with Epstein. This actually should not surprise us. These Sovereign Sheriffs are and were more than prepared to follow the anti-democracy policies of Trump. They have the same prejudices as he does.

It’s hard to put into perspective how truly massive the warehouse is that was recently sold by the Rockefeller Group to the Department of Homeland Security for $70 million to build a concentration camp in Surprise, AZ. Across the street is a huge neighborhood and a school. It’s 400,000-square-feet.

There are hundreds of people trickling into the Surprise City Council meeting. The main room has filled up, and the overflow room is filling up atm. A crowd of protesters is also outside the building. 130 people have signed up to speak (and that’s just folks who live in Surprise).
