Eat crazy amounts of fruits and vegetables and learn to enjoy them. Don’t smoke, drink little and stay out of the sun. Make exercise a fun, not stressful, part of your life. I didn’t get serious about any of this until my mid-forties, so don’t freak out and think it’s too late. It’s not.

The fact that Oswald would go to the USSR during this time is just more proof that he was a misfit loner with half-baked ideas who was convinced, despite all evidence, that he had figured out things no one else had. It makes it more plausible he was a guy who would have acted alone.
