Been talking with @drivethrugames.bsky.social and he’s got me thinking about this wonderful monstrosity. Think it’s time to figure out some kinda printed insert here. There’s some good stuff online but many of them aren’t set to store both expansions…whew, any recommendations?

Gotta Monster Hunter some credit with the theme and play styles of the classes (at least what we’ve tried so far). Soaking a huge flame attack for the team as the tank class feels great. 9 or so games in and the game has its rough spots, but the core of it can be a lot of fun.

My first model was actually this SD / Chibi one. I built it before Xmas just to try it out (it was only $7 so
I thought it was a good start). I didn’t suuuper love putting this one together because it needed A LOT of delicate stickers that were pretty tricky to do correctly!

Thanks to @rodneysmith.bsky.social I’ve had to itch to try building some of these Gundam models. My son loves building things so we tried a few as gifts this year. So far he and I are digging it! Just a pleasure to put these together…Great directions and terrific fit!

The gang is back over for more Deep Rock Galactic tonight. Added in the Space Rig expansion and cranked up the difficulty a bit. Still working on hooking up the pipes to get the liquid Morkite pumping!

Game day with the next Monster Hunter hunt. We’re geared up a bit more now and things are getting interesting!

Broke out The Gang at the office today and it went over well. Definitely works for non poker fans as well as poker fans. Good times, and a nice and tidy printed insert to go with it! Fits all components and rules with no lid lift :) (Link to design below)

Whenever I’ve got a lull in gaming I go digging around for 3D prints to organize stuff. Found a great design for holding Heroscape single hex tiles.

First game of Monster Hunter World. We played a ton of the video game together years back, so this was an exciting one to finally play…pretty cool so far! @steamforgedgames.bsky.social

Been a long time since we’ve had the original crew together on a Friday night! Playing some Deep Rock Galactic and really diggin it.

The first printed tile came out looking pretty great (the one on the left). Still need to work on the right filament color, probably a matte brown and a lighter, matte green as well…but most importantly the fit and quality is perfect! Gonna keep messing with these but I’m excited!

Trying out some 3D prints for Heroscape. Would be to able to use some of the more rare sets... Starting with the 7 hex grass tile using brown and green filament. Next is the bridge and road hexes in beige and fill in the cracks with shade. Will post the results in a few hours for anyone interested.👍

Been waiting a looong time to finally break out Heroscape with my kids. The new set arrived yesterday so it was the perfect time!

Any seasoned players have any advice or tips? I’ve never really played myself but collected a decent amount over the years. Would love to get your thoughts.
