Hard drive failure and the subsequent scramble to save data that hadn't yet been backed up on new year's eve was not on my 2025 bingo card, and yet it feels thematic to have happened.
Thankfully only a tiny amount of files are unrecoverable and they're not exactly important.

I cannot believe that it was an almost packed theater for this tonight.
I thought I'd be one of like 4 people there which is what usually happens in my area with stuff that's outside the box, or egg - I suppose.
