For the record i believe that everyone who fueled the AI machine should be compensated, and this isnt a new belief that arose from AI but from corporate abuse of copyright throughout all of history

However, we signed most of those rights away when we signed up for facebook, in one way or another

Burry predicted 20 of the last 2 crashes so don't hold your breath
"Not in sync" is not the same as saying "I don't get it".
He's just not willing to take his investors on the same long stomach-churning journey that they endured during the 2008 housing market implosion. He was right before, and his position on AI will be proven to be correct.

Those who hate cancel culture the most are those who got used to being able to cancel others, professionally, financially, politically, judicially, you name it, and usually for no valid reason except ego
November 13, 2025 at 6:17 PM
cancel culture is unfair if your way of life is "haha too bad im more powerful"

when youve structured your goals, thoughts and friends into a reality where, all you have to do to get more than you deserve is money and "The Audacity", being cancelled feels like everyone changed the rules on you

War is won/lost by the communities involved. IMO, the scale of the loss / survival of COMMUNITIES is the ONLY metric that matters

some might not agree for obvious reasons, but the point im making here is: its all bad right now, yet you only talk about whats viral, this year just happens to be Gaza

trump is setting the stage so that the keeping him in power later (if he lives that long) is an act of loyalty, rather than war.

he will use his supporters, their actions, and the chaos he created in the world as evidence that its "what the people want" when its clearly just programming

CZ served his time and was released in 2024, his crime was being careless w KYC resulting in Hamas, ISIS and NK using the platforms to launder money. Had nothing to do with corruption or cryptobro bullshit — most crypto users want lax KYC policies

The pardon was so he can do business again in US
And you can do it on the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, which has accounted for $2 billion of the $5 billion the Trumps have made this year for their own cryptocurrency venture. Oh, and thanks to a pardon from Eric's dad, the founder of Binance won't have to serve time in prison.
Eric Trump: "You can send $500 million worth of bitcoin on a Sunday night at 11pm while having a glass of wine with your wife for virtually zero fees."

everyone is streaming AI music

that means its so generic/mainstream that you cant tell the difference. no boycotts, nada

so, should real musicians be mad at:
- the AI companies? or
- everyone who listened? or
- their industry, for making so much generic music?
