Up until the last couple of weeks I've been thinking "yeah this lot are useless, but the alternatives are worse", not so sure now!

Puzzling that "get a job" isn't mentioned as advice. I would have been lost without all the connections I made through getting a job at the student union. Yes it does take time away from study, but so does crippling anxiety.

That was the thing that floored me. Used to work with a guy that would interject in a slack conversations about software engineering and dump 3000 word AI written responses that he thought was a mic drop.
