I just needed to scream into the void. I got my x-ray results - I did NOT break anything from my fall! They said if I'm still having trouble walking in a week to come back. That's some weight removed from my back. (Wasn't expecting them to call at 6 PM on a Friday...)

(And it turns out my partner's watery eye is a bacterial infection and I might have picked one up myself from staying at her house last week because unfortunately, all the masking in the world can't protect me from picking up an /eye infection/ from shared bedding...)
