So, basically Kristi Noem and her band of misfits decided to STEAL Newport, RI’s Coast Guard helicopter and give it to Ice, which is covertly trying to open one of their temporary concentration camps in the area. Screw the fishermen, who say lives will be lost without helicopter. It’s all about Ice
