Is 50 hours of reading per month enough to pass the N1
Finished reading the second installment of World End Economica and this time it only took me 6.5x the average (native) read time vs the 7.3x for game 1. Progress!
I think the sort of person who submits their reading times to howlongtobeat.com is probably heavily biased towards fast readers anyway.

I've become very passive with my music listening these past few years and I can trace the problem to the exact minute I installed Spotify just to "see what it's about".
I hate that I pay for this shit. I hate that it's composed entirely of dark patterns even more. It's also evil.

It's fuk'n HOT. Can't wait for that casual 20 degree drop.
I covered our biggest windows with tarp this year and it's made such a big difference this time around. I mean, it's still hot as fuck but at least the AC is sort of keeping up.

Some light reading for today. When I bought this I told the clerk I wanted the 日本語バージョン instead of the 日本語版 and I'm still cringing two months later.
Yeah it's not completely wrong but I had 5 minutes in the queue to rehearse my line and still fucked it up.

I found out you can simply block one (1) URL to negate bsky's age-gating so I blocked in my router and all is well, at least for now. Works for the phone app as well. Very timely with the influx of artists today.

I found out you can simply block one (1) URL to negate bsky's age-gating so I blocked in my router and all is well, at least for now. Works for the phone app as well. Very timely with the influx of artists today.
(you do need to clear storage for the app but it's a small inconvenience).
