Mom woke us up multiple times this morning with bad dreams. One she had fallen down in a bathroom and couldn't get up, she was calling out in her sleep for quite a while.
The other issue is she swore she'd spilled pills in her bed. She cannot reach any pills from her bed, and she can't open bottles.

It's time we all start paying very close attention.
There are myriad ways we can all help, whether it's boots on the ground or helping keep morale up and accurate information flowing, or just staying aware enough to know when it's time to tell friends/LOs who needed to check out for their own sanity to pay attention again so they can stay safe.
If I can make something that helps someone else create the space I have when I read a book or whatever I'm doing to rest, then I have to do that. I can't not do that, especially when what I do feels pointless.

Humanity has been through countless bloody revolutions and social upheavals, so don't think just because it's 2026 that it can't happen again. It certainly can and will, and history is screaming at us that's where all this is heading if the peaceful mechanisms to stop it aren't decisively activated.

This is mine. It lives at the foot of my bathtub with plenty of room to spare for baths and showers. Big enough for 99% of what I need to wash. I string a clothesline across my living room when I need it.
